It’s looking like an uphill battle for the Rangers after taking a beating in Thursday’s game in North Carolina. But remember, we’re back in New York for Game 6 and the Canes have yet to win a game on the road during the playoffs. There are plenty of sports betting bonuses available for the rest of the NHL postseason, too.

New York was down 0-2 and came back to tie the series in the two games on their home ice, but Thursday’s loss at PNC Arena puts the Rangers in danger of elimination.

Although the Rangers didn’t put up a great offense in Game 5, Igor Shesterkin was New York’s man of the night, making 31 saves to keep Carolina’s lead to two goals. In games 3 and 4 at MSG, Shesterkin saved 73 of 75 shots, putting the Rangers back in contention for the series.

We’re hoping the Rangers can rally as they return home Saturday night. Either way, sports bettors are winning.
