The Rebounders Club, a spirit club organized and run by a group of dedicated alumni to enhance the men’s and women’s varsity basketball experience at Fordham University, is proud to announce its relaunch in conjunction with the school’s Department of Athletics. The goal of the Rebounders Club is to connect alumni, students, their families and friends through their shared love of Fordham Basketball.
Rebounders Club members will have access to a variety of benefits, including game day receptions, social functions and networking events throughout the year. The club will also produce exclusive coverage of Fordham Basketball and offer editorial content not available elsewhere.
Michael A. Kaup (FCRH ’93), will serve as the president of the new club. “Everyone on our leadership team is excited for this season,” Kaup said. “Our goal is to have a meaningful, long term impact on Fordham Basketball by enhancing the fan experience and supporting all the student-athletes, coaches and administrators involved, while maintaining ties to the storied history of the programs.”
David T. Roach, Fordham Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, added, “Fordham’s coaching staffs, the athletic department and development office fully support the Rebounders Club’s work, and I think fans will be pleased with what the club has in store for them.”
