Boulders Lose To Jersey 2-1

The Boulders got on the board first in the third inning. Daniel Arribas walked and scored on an RBI triple by Mike Fransoso. However, the Jackals tied it up in the fourth. Brian Burgamy led off the inning with a single. Joe Dunigan doubled him home evening the score.

Art Charles homered in the sixth inning to give the Jackals a 2-1 lead. Rockland responded in the seventh. Mike Montville walked, Jared McDonald singled, and Jon Smith drove in a game-tying run with a base hit, all with two outs.

New Jersey would score their game-winning run on an E4 in the eighth to give Jon Velasquez (3-3) the loss. Evan DeLuca (3-2) was the winning pitcher.
