Skeeters Stun Ducks Late to Take Series Finale

(Sugar Land, Texas, June 29, 2017) – The Long Island Ducks were defeated by the Sugar Land Skeeters 3-2 in 11 innings on Thursday night in the finale of a seven-game series at Constellation Field.

Neither side plated a run until the top of the sixth inning. With two outs and two strikes on him, Fehlandt Lentini launched a solo home run to left field to give the Ducks a 1-0 lead.
