Judge Birthday HR, Catch Captured In Topps Now Card

Yankees right fielder Aaron Judge had quite a 25th birthday: a long opposite field home run on his first Fenway Park swing, and a diving catch along the right field line into the stands reminiscent of another Yankee hero, Derek Jeter, a few years ago and a couple of hundred miles away in this storied rivalry. Not a bad way to celebrate. Judge joined Yogi Berra and Roger Maris as Yankees to homer in Fenway Park on their respective birthdays. Not bad company.

Yankee fans can celebrate too, as Judge’s heroics made him the choice for today’s Topps Now card, a two-sider commemorating his standout hitting and fielding plays. It’s only available through 3 p.m. ET on Friday.

Judge is the first Yankee to be featured on a Topps Now card this year. He was on a card last year when he and fellow rookie Tyler Austin both slugged homers in the same game, their MLB debuts.
