The Empire State Building will shine in the colors of Northwestern University and the University of Pittsburgh on Tuesday, December 27 to celebrate the 2016 New Era Pinstripe Bowl. The world-famous tower lights will be split, with the North/South sides of the building lit up in Northwestern University Purple and White and East/West sides in University of Pittsburgh Navy and Gold.
The 2016 New Era Pinstripe Bowl will be played at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, December 28 and will mark the seventh game in the Bowl’s history.
