Catcher Kevin Plawecki had a banner year in the minors, earning him an organizational Sterling Award. He hit .326 in Double-A Binghamton, earning him a promotion to Triple-A Las Vegas, where he hit .283.
We caught up with him at Citi Field before he accepted his award.
