Rangers Open Second Half On The Island

New York enters the contest on a three-game winning streak. The Blueshirts have won 20 of their last 26 games (20-6-0), including 18 of their last 23 games (18-5-0) and 16 of their last 19 contests (16-3-0). The Rangers have also earned at least one point in 30 of their last 40 games (26-10-4), including 23 of their last 30 games (21-7-2). New York has posted a 27-13-4 record this season (58 pts), following a 3-2 overtime victory against the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday, Jan. 20 at Madison Square Garden. The Islanders enter tomorrow’s contest with a 31-14-1 record this season (63 pts), following a 7-4 victory against the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday, Jan. 19 at Nassau Coliseum.
