  • Lets try a negative...

With the Santana trade and the wishful thinking that Pedro and Sanchez will be 100%, all Mets fans expect the Mets to have a great season....

For discussion purposes, lets say the Mets start 5-15 and decide to can Willie Randolph, who takes over?
Mr. Met- The fans should have rushed the field, and taken a dump on it.

I think they'd pick Jerry Manuel or Sandy Alomar as interim mangers. Omar loves fellow Hispanics.

He got a promotion to hitting coach rather quickly so you could be right. If for whatever reason Willie gets canned or quits I personally would love to see Hojo at the helm.

I wish Gary Carter. Was a catcher, they make great managers, put the time into the system and loves this franchise. He might be a natural fit. Hojo? Not so sure he's if he's built for it.

Ilove Hojo in a borderline scary way, the guy was my childhood hero. That said, I'm pretty sure the guy begged out of a coaching job in the minors, I think he's content as a hitting coach.
