This is really despicable. Who can defend this? Why are so many silent about it?

People pick on the dead all the time, you do it all the time. jersey shore has made a career of shitting on Reagan’s grave

McCain’s final years he did everything he possible could to harm Trump including his prominent role in pushing the phony dossier which led to the special council and these endless ridiculous investigations Trump has had to endure. Even in death McCain requested Trump NOT attend his funeral. So why are you surprised about any of this.
“President Obama is a personal friend of mine,” said Rickles. “He was over to the house yesterday, but the mop broke.”

Your party has been busy pulling down statues of "dead people" for the last three years. And you were silent. YOU WERE SILENT

Ambler disappearing during times of prosperity and then driving by at the slightest sign of bad news.
Plandy Balderschlong is a douchebag who was once escorted out of a petting zoo for engaging in assplay with pygmy goats.

the village idiot babbles on.......what possible relevance do my comments about Reagan have in a thread where Ambler blasts trump for his comments about McCain?

Trump as the victim.... good god.

Statues is not the same as mentioning a recent dead guy by name. Even you can see that. What a ridiculous comparison.

Attack the messenger or actually respond to the messgae up to you. Your choice indicates something between agreement and surrender. You know it is indefensible.

Politician A dies. What is more of an "insult" to Politician A?

                      1. A single politician - President - that he actively despised doing an insulting five or ten minute riff on him in front of a friendly crowd?

                      2. A city or college tearing a statue devoted to Politician A down for some ultimately random, era sensitive, and/or obviously politically motivated reason? A double insult! The person is not only *erased* from their dedicated place in reality, but ALSO has had their entire existence consecrated and redefined as terrible enough to get their statue officially torn down. They may as well be a child molester.

You're damn right they're not the same thing. I frankly can't think of a more efficient or disturbing way to piss on someone after they're dead. 100% of people and especially their families would find #2 a far more bitter pill to swallow. This other stuff is just drama queen exaggeration on your side's part, for cheap political points.

Nevermind that McCain tried to underhandedly ruin Trump. AFTER he repeatedly took Trump's money for his own campaigns...

And though I would as soon not feed your inner beast (it has the opposite effect on you that you think it does - not good - that tip is free), "cowardly" would imply that Trump was buddy buddy with McCain in life and only now can find the balls/spine to insult him. Cowardly would equally imply that there is not an entire media etc there to answer back quite loudly for McCain in his stead.

Good MoveOn.org talking point, though. Solid. Could fool a rube or two.

KO, remember when McCain was running against the Mocha Mussolini and our friends on the left were telling us that his time in the "Hanoi Hilton" left him dangerously emotionally scarred, and that his protracted time as a POW was not an asset to be considered in his candidacy, but rather was an indictment of his fitness for office?
