Topps released its 2016 Series 2 cards today, featuring 350 more players and a new series of First Pitch inserts. Citi Field and the Mets have been big contributors to these celebrity issues in the past, and this series is no different.
Four featured tosses at Citi are featured among the 20, including singer Tim McGraw, late night host Jimmy Kimmel, comedian and Mets superfan Jim Breuer and actor-producer Edward Burns.
Some of the other celebs in the set are model Nina Agdal (Angels), former president George H.W. Bush (Astros), actress Lea Thompson (Dodgers) and golfer Tom Watson (Royals).
Yoenes Cespedes and Gary Sanchez are among the New York players included in the base set of Series 2, available in local hobby stores, retail outlets such as WalMart, Target, Toys R Us and, also on Topps.com.
