Citi Field is entering its eighth year and it can already claim to have the best food in Major League Baseball.

Some new features this season include Papa Rosso, a new pizza counter from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, Fuki from Chef David Cheng, and Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar.

Papa Rosso’s  signature pizzas feature freshly-made dough that delivers a blistery crust topped with high-quality ingredients sourced regularly. They have three signature handcrafted pizzas that honor the traditional Neapolitan style with a touch of New York flair, including a Margerita pizza with crushed tomatoes, Mozzarella from Murray’s Cheese, NYC-grown Gotham Greens Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Pepperoni, which has crushed tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and NYC-grown Gotham Greens Basil; and Mushroom & Cheese, with fontina, ricotta, and pecorino cheeses with Hen-of-the-Wood and Cremini Mushrooms. They will also offer a rotating selection of seasonal Italian ices, along with Brooklyn Brewery’s new American Ale and white and red wine.

The Milk Bar will feature a compost cookie, packed with pretzels, potato chips, coffee, oats, butterscotch and chocolate chips; a cornflake-chocolate-chip-marshmallow cookie, a play on the classic chocolate chip cookie with crunchy cornflakes, gooey marshmallows, and mini chocolate chips; and a chocolate chocolate cookie, featuring chocolate cookie dough, chocolate crumbs, and a hint of salt, a cookie that’s dense and fudgy like a brownie and very chocolate-y.
