The New York Jets welcomed more than 1,200 young football players during Training Camp at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, NJ. Twenty one youth football teams from the tristate area received a first-time, exclusive look into practice as the Jets prepared for the regular season. New York Jets Training Camp is presented by Microsoft Surface and supported by MetLife, SAP, EMC, SNY, Toyota and Black Bear.

A day filled with football also came with a side of fun as the Jets provided attendees with the chance to participate in Jets Fest, presented by Chase. Jets Fest, an interactive theme park for kids, features inflatable rides, slides and skills challenges.

As part of USA Football Month, the Jets continued their support of youth football participation. USA Football Month is an opportunity for the NFL to celebrate the 6,500 youth football leagues and more than 1 million youth football and high school players that are enrolled in Heads Up Football this season. Heads Up Football is a program endorsed by the NFL that aims to educate young players to participate in better, safer game play.

To conclude the teams’ celebration of USA Football Month, the New York Jets will host the Philadelphia Eagles for their USA Football Youth Appreciation game at MetLife Stadium on Thursday, September 3, 2015.
