The first “Breakfast of Champions” will be held on Monday, July 15 at The Gramercy Terrace in New York, coinciding with the 2013 MLB All-Star events. It will feature Michael Kay, the voice of the Yankees on the YES Network, as the host, together with MLB legends Bernie Williams, John Franco, Willie Randolph and Ron Darling. The sponsored event will have limited seating and will involve a lively discussion on the baseball and New York sports topics of the day. Media are invited to attend.
“We are very pleased to launch our ‘Breakfast of Champions’ series in New York with such an elite panel of baseball experts,” TLA CEO Mike Principe said. “Our vision is to take this event on the road and strategic points in the year to help augment select major sporting events and showcase the great personalities of sport that we work with. It will give fans and those in the industry a very unique look inside the world of sport by those who have made news and those currently making news on the field today.”
Attendees will have a chance to network with others at the event as well as chat with the panelists in an intimate atmosphere as the baseball world turns its focus to New York for The Mid-Summer Classic.
Partners for the event include: Casa de Campo, Herrick Feinstein, Equinox Fitness Clubs, ESPN Radio, Patron and AP Images.
