WFUV Radio’s (90.7 FM/wfuv.org) One on One, the longest-running sports talk radio show in New York, will broadcast live from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y., on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. Alex Smith, Steve Simineri and Eric Mollo will anchor the coverage on Fordham University’s high-powered National Public Radio station.
Immediately following the customary 1:00-4:00 PM One on One time slot, wfuv.org/sports will present a special broadcast of the Hall of Fame Awards Presentation honoring sportscaster Tim McCarver of FOX Sports, writer Bob Elliott of the Toronto Sun, and the celebration of the living managers who have skippered the Cardinals to the World Series: Red Schoendienst, Whitey Herzog, and Tony LaRussa. Interviews with McCarver and Elliott will be featured.
