The McGimpy does most things upside down: eats, sleeps (an average of 23 hours per day), mates, and gives birth. Because of the McGimpy's upside down life, many of the McGimpy's internal organs (liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas) are in different positions from other mammals. McGimpy sometimes lets out a cry or hissing sound.

During the rare times the McGimpy goes down to the ground (such as to change trees for food), it moves very slowly.

Reyes is far more deserving to be an all-star than Wright. Too bad he's not on this list instead. Anyway I just voted for Longaria about 200 times to grab the last spot on the Al Roster.

Was thinking, how many would take Longoria and his contract over Wright and his at this point?

Longoria is already twice the defensive player Wright probably ever will be. I can't imagine how he's be worse wrisp(at least this year)

Frankly, I'd rather have Wright get a few days off.

Except that Reyes was in a position where they had to take Washingtons lone rep, and Wright has better numbers than Ramirez (who was picked over him) in just about every way. Had to get those 7 cubs in there when the game is in NY.

[Justice League Member Voice]Yabut, Yabut, he is the "face of the franchise" and how can someone MLB clearly wants to market be left OFF this team? Especially with the game in New York![/Justice League Member Voice]

Actually, as misguided as the above line of thinking is, some of it kind of makes sense.

And therefore Wright losing would show that, at least the MLB ones, aren't all rigged.

Wright is only going to have 25 hrs & 100 rbis and likely a 300 batting avr. for his first 4 years. Yeah, he sucks.

What kind of numbers do you think Wright would put up in the AL with some protection behind him? If he played in TB, he'd have 3 banboxes in his own division instead of 1.

Randy, are you really that stupid? Never said Wright sucks.

I asked a question based on 2 very good young 3B's and their contracts. I expect most would want to stick with Wright because he's home grown even though Longoria could be the better player long term and has a much better contract.
