Default Say it ain't so, Frenchy!

Sorry if posted elsewhere, but Atlanta optioned Jeff Francouer down here to the Mississippi Braves. I think I'll go heckle him tonight!!! Of course, the idiot fans here will stand up and applaud him, and cheer for every flyball hit to shallow left thinking it is a no-doubter!

LOL. Funny, I was going to go out to Binghamton and boo the sh*t out of Alou, but...no luck.

Just got home from the game. Frenchy went 2 for 4 tonight. The best moment was him grounding out to 2nd to end the game after the M-Braves got the tying run on board after being down 5 to 1 in the 9th. I couldn't help but yell my head off and cheer him grounding out. As predicted, he flew out in one at bat to shallow center, the folks around us all jumped to their feet thinking it was "way outta here." The center fielder had to charge in to make the catch. I love it!!!

Frenchie went 1 for 4 tonight and allowed a runner to score on him on a sac fly. Kinda surprised me that the runner was safe, but the fly was not that deep that the runner tagged up on.

I was never a huge Frenchy fan. Always claimed he was overrated. But I get a feeling he'll be back in time to face the mets and that will be all he needs to get back on Track.

Like when he was down here 3 years ago, he is back to hacking and flailing at sliders low and outside. In my best Dan Patrick voice...."The wifffffff"
