Pelfrey on the road. This should be interesting to say the least. I say he gives up 6 runs in 5 innings.

If Pelfrey gives up less than five runs, I would consider it a miracle.

I think he will do well and the slop thrower on the other team will get bombed. We'll hear how Manuel is a genius and read another 4,000 un-funny **** stain jokes. By 2 weeks, it'll all be forgotten as we're still 2 under .500

Then we'll win a series on the road...

Ladies and gentlemen, say hello to the first-place New York Mets.

Well, tied for first place in the NL East with the Phillies at 52-44. But with a 10-game winning streak, and with the way the Mets rallied for a 10-8 win over the Reds last night, it seems like only a matter of time before the Mets leave the rest of the division in the rearview mirror.
You ****ing knew it after reading that.

Pelf's peripheral stats are awful

Mets begging to give up runs here, but Colorado screwed that up big time.

As discussed earlier, while teams don't lay down vs the Mets, you must admit each series has had a bunch of 'wtf are they doing' moments against the Mets. The league as a whole is a joke with some of the worst baseball you'll ever see.

There is no excuse for the Mets to not win this one.
