| Wally is a douche. And so are the Mets owners.

Still, I would have to say Dolan is the worst owner in New York.

| It took a proclamation that this was the "most embarrassing moment in Mets history" for me to find something I disagreed with. And that was the last sentence of the article. And all I know is last May I was busy making fun of this guy for calling out this gutless, soulless, heartless, passionless team for exactly what it was. When they had a great record and no one else was saying it. Did he have an anti-Met agenda? Probably. Did he know something none of us did? Absolutely. |

========================= "'Is two games enough to make a judgment?' asked Carlos Delgado, a central figure in the two embarrassing fourth-inning plays that cost two runs. 'I don't think so. We're talking about this on May 12. We'll see.' It is that kind of condescension that could ensure the Mets will be caught napping in October the way they were caught napping on the field yesterday. The Yankees and their lackeys scoffed at the Tigers - "They shouldn't even bother showing up," sniffed one gasbag of a radio host before the 2006 ALDS - and this year it could be the Mets getting caught looking by the Brewers." ========================= Too damn accurate to be called coincidence, or just waiting for the 8:20 bus. In that same article we all railed him for calling the Brewers "young, tough and hungry, or everything the Mets are not." And this team has done nothing but demonstrate how old, soft and satiated they are for nearly the year since. And the Brewers, ha ha, are three games better than the Mets right now.
