Default What Would You Prefer, Among These Choices?

A.) Mets go on a tear and become the team we hoped they would be

B.) The Mets continue to lose so the necessary changes are made from top to bottom so they can benefit *long term*

C.) Jeter and Arod nose **** at 100 mph and are both out for the year. The day after Rivera tears his rotator cuff.

I swear on my life I have no idea what I would choose, they are so damn tempting. Esp. choice C

** FRANK, This EDIT Is For You **

D.) Alyssa Milano and Elisha Cuthbert dripping in hot chocolate...farting in your face

Giggity Giggity, gotcha. We're Met fans, life is never going to smile upon us like that so take your ****ing pick among the top 3

Before last night, I would have begrudgingly said A... but when Beltran hit that game-winning home run, I felt almost nothing. It made me realize that I neither believe in or like this team as currently constructed. So I go for B.

I'm done hating the Yankees. They are a shell of their former selves. Still better than the Mets in almost all respects, including future, but I find it hard to hate them like I once did. I direct all my ire at this current squad of Mets turd.

It was unquestionably the least exciting Mets walk-off home run I've ever seen.

I shut that game off after the blown save, I checked the score about 3 hours later and read about the walk off. I felt nothing, and I really just didnt care. I have a game this sat and 9 more after...I wish I went the way RK went. What a waste.

I have 4 or 5 mets fans in my job. We all started laughing yesterday. 3x's a charm.

MOM - I generally agree re: yanks, but if you lived in NY, you would hate the yanks a wee bit. every year they appear that shell of themselves and around this time, every season, they flip the switch.

One week into the season I would've said B.

Nothing has changed except more people seeing the light.

I know you guys aren't going to believe this but I would like nothing more than for this team to go on a tear and play like we all thought they would. I doubt that will happen but it would be amazing if it did.

A is not happening with this sorry bunch of losers.

To make B worthwhile, Omar, his stooge, Willie, the coaching staff and half the roster need to be dropped kicked (or better yet, left hogtied in Shea when it implodes). I simply don't think the Wilpons will do that going into Ebbets Field next year and anything less is pointless.

As far as C goes, the Mets far surpass the Yankees on the hate inducing scale so I can't be bothered wishing ill on them.
