Default Still in this thing!!!

You guys rooting for them to lose don't know what you're missing. It's time to be a REAL fan and support this team. I mean, they're trying out there. Do you think they WANT to lose? Are you dumb?

We're still in it, guys! We can win this!!!!!

Guys???

Ladies and gentlemen, say hello to the first-place New York Mets.

Well, tied for first place in the NL East with the Phillies at 52-44. But with a 10-game winning streak, and with the way the Mets rallied for a 10-8 win over the Reds last night, it seems like only a matter of time before the Mets leave the rest of the division in the rearview mirror.
You ****ing knew it after reading that.

If by 'it' you mean quicksand or the 14th level of baseball hell then, yes, we are still 'in it'.

Of course, I am replying to a fake handle trying to entertain us so **** me for being even remotely serious, esp. after my stupid thread.

It's not like sh*tty teams haven't made the playoffs before by taking advantage of another sh*tty team's collapse. Anything can happen.

Totally agree...and the mets can still make the playoffs...but its pretty obvious to everyone the mets aren't even close to being the best team in the NL....

The time of most turmoil is best at the Mofo. Secret screen names pop up all over the place. Quite entertaining.

Mets84 once said something along the lines of, "It's sad but when the Mets are at their worst the MOFO is at its best."

Truer words have never been spoken.
