Default The Nunez era is over

It'll be tough to replace that 0-2 he brought to the table. Why and/or how the **** did this guy ever get called up? Is Omar paying off gambling debts to some of these guys?

GET THE PIECE OF CRAP McGimpy OFF MY TEAM NOW!!!!!

The McGimpy does most things upside down: eats, sleeps (an average of 23 hours per day), mates, and gives birth. Because of the McGimpy's upside down life, many of the McGimpy's internal organs (liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas) are in different positions from other mammals. McGimpy sometimes lets out a cry or hissing sound.

During the rare times the McGimpy goes down to the ground (such as to change trees for food), it moves very slowly.

Funny how Nunez gets picked up and made the damned team, but Kevin Millar is off the table.

With first 'Nova and now A-Nun gone, it's like the end of an era.

The New York Daily News reports that the Mets have called up outfielder Chris Aguila from Triple-A New Orleans.

Aguila will take the roster spot of Abraham Nunez, who the paper says was designated for assignment. The 29-year-old was hitting .308 with 17 homers and 40 RBI at Triple-A, with eight of his homers coming in the past 11 games. In 218 career at-bats with the Marlins, Aguila hit .234 with three homers and 16 RBI, but he hasn't been in the majors since 2006.

It is about f*cking time. No one is saying Aguila is going to save the day here, but I hope Willie (and I doubt he will because of his love for all things Chavy) gives him some ABs. I'm sick of Catchy McNLCS, and Tatis, while his effort is not to be questioned, is a piss poor OF.
