Default Lofton

If Church needs to sit a month, which, heaven forbid could feasibly happen, and alou being a pansy, there's no reason NOT to sign lofton. He can't be any worse than Endy and Easley.

Barry Lamar Bonds. The time has come.

C'mon, it's not like this team could actually be more irritating to watch. Let's try winning for a change.

I'm wondering if Church could be out even longer than a month. I mean, two concussions in such a short period of time is pretty serious.

Lofton was very good for the Phillies a couple years ago. He is a good player if he has anything left in the tank but he also has a VERY big mouth. He would always trash the fans in the media for booing etc.,,,

Omar knows he does that, he's convened his own firing squad.

ok, so who is young, athletic, and available for just some $$$? Oh yeah, that would be nobody.

Its Bonds, Lofton, or Talking Shawn Green out of retirement.

Lofton is like the player version of the Braves. He performs pretty well wherever he goes and his teams are almost always in the playoffs, but he's never won it all. I'm not a big intangibles person, but perhaps there's a reason why he's been playing golf all year?

Main reason he's playing golf is because of money. He wanted more then clubs offered this spring.
