Default Wise Back to DL, Muniz to replace....

Newsday reports that Matt Wise will be placed on the disabled list with a weak right shoulder.

Wise has only been back from a DL stint due to a bruised arm for two weeks, allowing two earned runs in four innings. This is the move that will make space for Carlos Muniz on the Mets' roster.

Hopefully we never see Wise in a Met uni again. Muniz was rather impressive early in the year here and in AAA thus far this season.

When can we expect the DL notices for Castillo, Delgado, Heilman and Pelfrey?

Was Wise really still injured or was he just placed on the DL with a case of extreme suckitude?

I never understood how Wise had a job. He doesn't throw hard at all and his breaking stuff or location isn't that great.

Thank God for the DL.

McGimpy sometimes lets out a cry or hissing sound.

During the rare times the McGimpy goes down to the ground (such as to change trees for food), it moves very slowly.

So, I guess this "Wise-to-the-DL/Muniz up" move was what Jeff, Fred, Omar and Willie were talking about for two hours during their "we have to make the team better" meeting?

Good stuff. That'll turn this thing RIGHT the f*ck around.
