Post what you would like to happen with this team from highest priority to lowest

Mine are are follows

1. Willie fired
2. Wilpons sell this team
3. Delgado released.
4. Omar fired
5. Castillo released.

1) Win.

2) Willie fired if they are not winning by June 9th (Manuel, Oberkfell, or Mazzilli as interim, then conduct a full offseason search if they feel after the year is over that the chosen interim is not the long-term answer).

3) Go hard after Teixiera in the offseason.

4) Go moderately after Manny if they cannot land Teixiera and if the Red Sox do not pick up his option.

5) If Teixiera and Manny are both not signed, switch gears and go with more youth (Evans, Pagan, and Endy compete for LF along with Carp at 1b along with a Millar type as Carp's backup/platoon partner). . .use the salary savings on the bullpen, rotation, scouting, paying draft picks overslot if needed, and a 2009 10% rollback on ticket prices and parking).

Actually, a big part of me likes #5 better than #4.

I expect to be apathetic to anything the Mets do (or don't).

They are a joke of an organization, who can't seem to find ANY accountability within themselves. Blame the fans. Blame the media.
Not Willie's fault. Not Omar's fault. Certainly not the players fault.

I'm sick of the Mets.

The McGimpy does most things upside down: eats, sleeps (an average of 23 hours per day), mates, and gives birth. Because of the McGimpy's upside down life, many of the McGimpy's internal organs (liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas) are in different positions from other mammals. McGimpy sometimes lets out a cry or hissing sound. During the rare times the McGimpy goes down to the ground (such as to change trees for food), it moves very slowly.
