Right Omar, its the media and fans fault this team is sucking the joint out. No , why shouldn’t the media expect the highest paid team in the NL to play better.

For the more obtuse and/or mentally deficient members of this forum (you know who you are), if anyone in the media had indicated at any time that this team was going to be interested in winning games, that would have been considered "too much hype". But that would not have been the fault of the indicator.

so, in the first place, Omar supposedly says "the media overhyped the team"......yet no evidence is produced. Then YOU take this "quote", that may or may not even exist, and change it to "Omar says its the media's fault the team sucks................unbelieveable...go ahead, just just make **** up!!!!!!

Sorry, posted info on this on the other thread. About halfway through the press conference Omar mentions how the media had this team picked as th ebest in the NL. He never said it, the press did. You can listen to the whole thing, WFAN has the press conference up now....
