Good for Evans.

On a side note...I'd like to take some hacks against Francis right now.

The Mets can stop scoring now. They have enough runs.

They can start dancing though!

Well, tied for first place in the NL East with the Phillies at 52-44. But with a 10-game winning streak, and with the way the Mets rallied for a 10-8 win over the Reds last night, it seems like only a matter of time before the Mets leave the rest of the division in the rearview mirror.

5 runs but still managed to leave a runner on 3rd with 1 out.

Nice to see the Mets have a big 1st inning. Shades of 2006. Wonder what the total has been in the 1st inning (Mets vs opponents) thus far?

Considering it was the pitcher, and he hit a line shot right at a dude, I'll give them a pass there...

Nah, five runs is all they'll need.

Doesn't Wright know you don't get extra points for scoring six runs as opposed to five?
