Willie just doesn't know how to handle pitchers in general. The pitching coach seems to be of little help. Both have to go for the team to be successful.

I was the 9 vote. I have nearly complete confidence in Willie in many areas...the poll didn't specify what sort of confidence, just whether you had it or not.
