Default Fire Willie now before the season is in shambles?

This team needs a wakeup call, since you can't fire players without eating their 20 million dollar contracts you need to fire the manager something that was supposed to happen last season. This guy is a awful manager his comments and moves showed it the past 2 seasons. There is absolutely 0 reason why this team should be getting raped like this. Managers job is to motivate players, they are clearly not. You cannot blame Omar and the Wilpons anymore they did their job this offseason and got the right peices. No way this team plays like this under a manager like Bobby Cox he would tear em a new *******, Willie is way to soft he has no fire.

As much as I would like to see it happen, Willie is probably safe for another month or 2. Beyond that ? Who knows. If they keep playing like this, I expect him gone sooner rather than later.

It's the same as with all elements of the mets that we as fans know well in advance...I wonder if all teams have this situation. It's like, there are SO many things that we know WELL before management (Mota, Show,
burgos, Willie, Zambrano...shall I go on???)

If the Mets continue to look like **** through April, no one can justify keeping him here and he has to go.
