On HBO's Real Sports He denied it on camera, admitted he lied on camera off it, and then called later to say he was joking when he said he lied on camera.

I don't watch that show but happened across it during the Dykstra interview, and it remained me of just how much of an assclown Mumbles Gumble is.

He came into the 1987 with virtually no neck.

As a 17 year old Mets fan coming off a championship season, I thought nothing of it.

Dykstra strikes me as the kind of guy who would fake his own death and slink to some non-extradition country just as soon as he can get enough people to sign their life savings over to him.

That was an interesting read - he strikes me as a guy who is an idiot savant, and not the nicest guy.

I don't no about idiot savant, he just has the capability of seeing the obvious without distractions of bs that most wall street jackasses spend a fortune going to school for...
