They can always move the fences in later, if they want to...

I'm glad they did it this way, rather than building it too small from the beginning.

Agreed. The larger field will also serve to benefit the Mets as long as their MO remains speed and defense.

The Mets have exactly one dude who fits that description, and that's Beltran (Reyes was no great shakes with the glove last year). Not much of an MO.

Looking that those strange wall angles triple hitters are going to love the place.

I can see it now, we lose the division on a Victorino inside the park home run from a crazy bounce off the wall.

I dont see how it is possible that anyone can be an expert on this topic, since..... not one single inning has been played there. I'm going to reserve judgement until a few games have been played.
