How could he say the pitcher made a great pitch on 3-2 count when the pitch was at least 6 inches outside and high? I could see if it was a slider that fooled him but it was fast ball. | |

and what difference would that make? They still lost and he'd still be getting ripped. I dont see him getting credit from not hiding from the media. I'm sick over last night's loss. This stupid sh!t about what someone says just pisses me off more.

| I admire Wright being accessible and saying whatever he wants to the media after a sh*t loss like that. The fact remains that he is still way too spotty in the clutch. That AB in the 9th was brutal. Up 3-0 only to strike out on a pitch way out of the strike zone, I mean it just doesn't get much worse than that. He is better than that, talent-wise. I do think he has crumbled mentally.

| The really frustrating part of that ab is that he wanted to do too much and wasn't considering the fact that a walk guarantees an ab for either Delgado or Beltran.

| Oh please....Wright with that ridiculous uppercut of his, is either watching too many Piazza AB reruns or went to the Dave Kingman School of Hitting. Hes become unglued quicker than Thurman Thomas did in Super Bowl28.
