| Jerry told me he wants the ball in my hands. He said he believes in me and that we need to get this done. It will be an honor to serve my team. I am proven. Proven crap. |

Because of the McGimpy's upside down life, many of the McGimpy's internal organs (liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas) are in different positions from other mammals. McGimpy sometimes lets out a cry or hissing sound. During the rare times the McGimpy goes down to the ground (such as to change trees for food), it moves very slowly. |

| Joel would prefer the ball(s) to be in his hands Also, for those that don't know, Mr Met came out of the closet. He's actually a football. I hope this controversy doesn't mar the Mets' effort tonight.

| Tonight is the most critical game of the games remaining, IMO. Brewers are all but assured a win, at home w/ C.C. pitching vs the Pirates. If the Mets could somehow beat Zambrano, and retain that one game lead w/ 4 left I actually like their chances. I really think Chicago would play the Brewers tough in the final series.

| Zamboni looked like toast after his no hitter and still might have some arm issues. I don't think he'll be a sure bet to beat us. I can see him getting frustrated earlier and leaving a few over the plate. It's our pen and the Marlins that concern me now. Lord knows they will come into Shea PISSED OFF and eager to repeat last year's mess.
