Stat to cringe at

Just heard on Joe B and Evan, if the Mets only played 6 innings they would be 11 up over the phils, if they only played 8 innings they'd be 5 up over the Phils...

Thats all on Omar.

the stat that makes me cringe is how the Mets have not overcome a deficit of 3 or more runs all year....

How the Flunk is that possible?

Phillies have probably done it a half dozen times or more.....even by luck, bad teams will do this.

While they have shown more "fight" in the second half....this stat is very very concerning.

There is one common thread in all 8 playoff teams every year. The word "TEAM".

If the Mets want to make it, they need to be a cohesive unit the next 6 days....

It's hard to manufacture "spirit" and "team" when in the back of your mind you know the bullpen will cough it up.
