Default Donnie trying for #2 ?

Diario de Sevilla - Los Knicks quieren a Ricky

I know its only a Spanish Newspaper..but the rumor was:

Griz : #2 AND Darko M. for #8 and Q..now that would be a steal..would think..a ST of Lee and #8 would make more sense for Griz..but who knows with Economy($$)

Also was a Rumor that Donnie was TURNED down in offering Griz. 3 MIL for lower 1st rounder..(27th).. Now that would be COOL too..acquiring a late 1st for just Cash in this deep of a Draft would be real smart..

Either way..I like the effort(s) Donnie appears to be making..

Meanwhile..Amare already casting "Goo-Goo" eyes at Knicks..

Amare: Knicks should take me over Bosh - Knicks Blog

"How serious will you consider the Knicks New York Knicks in 2010"?

"I will be totally serious about that, I spent a lot of my childhood there, I have a connection with the state, and I also love the entire coaching staff"

" I think Coach D'Antoni's doing a phenomenal job with the Knicks, NY's a great city, I follow them closely."

I know I have been advocating Bosh for Knicks..but part of me also like the fact that Amare knows the system..his injury history scares me though..

I'm not a fan of Amare. If Walsh can pull off that other deal with the Griz it definitely is a steal

To be followed by using it on ....Rubio? or Thabeet?

B/c if its Rubio..that would also impact IMO who to go for..Amare or Bosh..

And If Knicks stay at #8... it also depends IMO on what #1 option gets signed...

1. Bron +Bosh = Yes.. b/c Bron will ALWAYS get the ball

2. Wade+ Bosh= Yes, same as #1

3. No Bron OR Wade..then perhaps it would be wiser to go with Amare b/c he can dominate offensively more so then Bosh..and pairing him with perhaps Joe Johnson could be effective..
