Default Artie Lange, hammering Joe Buck on the "OT" portion of his new show.

This...this is just awesome. Joe Schmuck looks like a deer caught in headlights during this segment. I imagine he's thinking, "Oh, ****. This is not going well. Save me, Tim, save me."

Artie actually did the impossible, he made me sympathize with Joe Buck. I haven't been able to listen to the Stern show in a few months because I have been lazy and haven't re-installed my XM in my new car but is he back on something?

Artie is actually back off. Apparently, he's 2 months sober... this time instead of blow, he was addicted to heroin. I don't understand how he's still alive.

That was brutal, btw. It reminds me a little of Andy Kauffman though. Anyone else think it was staged?

From the SI article on the subject:

Quote:
Buck said he had not met Lange prior to a quick meeting in the green room ("Don't suck," Buck said to his guests prior to heading on stage for the start of the show.)
Yeah, if you tell me "Don't Suck" before going on air... I'm taking you down too.

I would agree if it wasn't that guy. I absolutely loathe people who are in their thirties or above who think it's "cool" to be grossly out of shape, physically dirty, and brag about being a drug addict....yeah, THAT"S COOL!

Do me a favor and say something funny!!

I neither like nor dislike Joe Buck but that was plain stupid. The guy is airing his first show and this mess is gonna take him out...Why?...for what reason?

Personally, I could care less what Artie Lange's drug status is...I hope he recovers, but if he shoots the wrong dose into his arm....so be it. **** Him
