Sickels On Niese

Sickels sees John Niese becoming a grade B prospect by the end of the season, and possibly B+. His development would be huge for the system, as there were no teams in the NL East with a single A or A- level prospect before the season, let alone a Pitcher. Barring a disaster Guerra should see the same kind of rise, if not more because he's still dealing with puberty...
