Things are looking up for Aaron Sele...seems like after Pelfrey gets shelled twice, the minor league options are starting to get hit as well.

I think Sele stays no matter what as long man or emergency starter in the middle of a game. He's last years Darren Oliver IMO. I think Pelfrey is the one who has to be concerned about his future with the big club if he keeps slipping up. He should and will get a few more starts to prove himself though with that being said.

Jorge Sosa is the only one really doing well down in AAA as far as the Mets other "options" go in case he does continue falter. Humber just got rocked the other night and this was a bad start for Vargas tonite so who knows. Dave Williams will be back down the road too so he's another to keep an eye on.

Rough starts by all the levels of minors this April.
