| Can somebody please teach Pelfrey a change up?

| Senior Member | Who's stopping him from learning one? Guy Conti is the change-up guru, if he can't teach you it's not a good sign. I'm not sure what he does in the bullpen for nine innings, but I wouldn't mind him bunking with Pelfrey everywhere he goes for a while... |

| Senior Member | .308 now (2-4 today). And in a terrible hitters park/league, while hitting third in the lineup... Looks like Binghamton is making it's annual ****-tease run, up to 20-23. It's too bad they always dig such a hole for themselves every year before they do it though... |
