|  Hitting Coaches HoJo became the Mets' hitting coach on July 13, 2007. What impact do you think this had on the Mets? Wright batted .364 post All-Star break last year. So maybe HoJo helped. Reyes batted .251, so maybe HoJo hurt. And of course there is a lot of additional data like this that makes it hard to know the value of a hitting coach. Who are the best hitting coaches out there right now? Why? Anyone have a good angle on this?

| I am of the opinion that when it comes to hitting, everyone should have the mentality of Moises Alou. If it is straight and fast, swing and swing really f*cking hard. When it comes to health, don't emulate Alou.
