| Yeah right. Gomez would be a great sell to the Minnesota fans.

The Mets don't have to sell Gomez to the fans, just Twins management. Evidently the new ballpark is going to sell itself. Or maybe Joe Nathan will still be closing in 2010, and he'll be the face of the franchise. Francisco Liriano's rehab must be going awfully good, not that anyone hears about it or anything. Five bucks says the Mets offer their two best pitching prospects (you know who I mean) and Gomez and this deal gets done.

| It must be great to be a Twins fan to know your team is owned by one of (if not the) richest owner in the game but he's too damn cheap to ever field a team that can ever do anything then occasionally get slaughtered in the ALDS. |

| Imagine if Boston traded for Santana!!! Santana Beckett Dice-k Shilling Lester YIKES!!! If the Mets can't have him, I'd much rather see the Sox dominate the Yanks for years to come than vice versa.
