The fact that we ever argued that the brain dead salsa dancer playing SS for us was better than you was an affront to the game of baseball. Congrats on winning the MVP and the NL East. I would say we will be back to challenge you guys next year but we all know that is a lie.

You think this team is rebounding next year after this? Look back at the history of baseball. Teams that collapse like this are never to be heard from for years to come.

The 98 Mets choked away the Wild Card and won it in 99. The Indiand did choke away the 05 wild card and underachieved in 06 only to win the central this year.
