Default Will Friday's Game Get Rained Out?

I have tickets to Friday's game, but the weather looks terrible.

the rain will probably clear out by the afternoon.

My guess is 95% chance that they play ball tonight.

Who do you think you are? Only Beltran can give percentages.

Weather calls for rain today into tonight.

I bet they call it.

The Mets are pretty bad about waiting to call games until the last minute when it is obvious they won't play.

it's been raining steady all day. If it means skipping Lawrence I hope it's called

During the rare times the McGimpy goes down to the ground (such as to change trees for food), it moves very slowly.

If it is called, that also might mean upping Beltran's percentage a day early!

It's supposed to taper off to showers by early evening.

Anyone hear anything? It's been pouring all day - looks like they are waiting 'til the last minute again. I probably won't go anyways, as I don't feel like sitting in the rain for 4 hours after the long commute on the train and all.

If they don't play tonight, wondering how things would shake out as per Lawrence pitching and the Marlins' rookie going for them?

If it's called, they'll probably play a DH tomorrow or Sunday, and he'll pitch anyway.

No news yet.

Nothing from FAN.

Called the Mets. Was told game was still on as scheduled.

On way to Shea with BRD II. Hope it is not wasted...
