We have the FA thread in the offseason, how about a Trade Prediction thread, with a week to go to the deadline. Take your best guess on the players' new team, or no trade at all. The list is the 20 most commonly talked about trade names out there.

I think Omar gets Loretta to play 2B...he's a PERFECT #2 hitter for this lineup.

We will end up contreras somehow. It is almost too perfect for Omar to pass up.

If you insist, I see the Mets trading for Chad Cordero. Omar will solve the problem at second base by trading for Mark Grudzielenak, Mark Loretta or Luis Castillo.

I see 2 names on that list being moved.

It's going to be a quiet weekend and a quiet start to the week. Next tuesday will come and go with few trades.
