Ambler's argument is stupid.

-All rape victims are offered Plan B as part of the rape kit.
-Plan B is still effective the next morning. Any woman could have a close friend/sister/confidante go grab her one.

Plan B is NOT abortion.

Ditto the incest argument.

All that's left is "self defense", and I think that 95% of Americans agree that in this case it's a more than acceptable reasoning.

Nonsense. I have told you exactly where I stand on abortion: legal in 1st trimester.

YOU won't answer the question about whether or not fetused caused by rape are the same legally as other fetuses.
