Oh right, because you disagree with any notion that they are the "enemy" but you would rather the investigators, and the media as well, treat this the same as if this was just some red haired, white guy who just went postal.

True there is a chance that its not, but wouldn't you be glad to know that all the bases are being covered during an investigation, rather than "Gee, he has an Islamic name, you think...Nah."

Apparently he'd been under observation and investigation for about 6 months. He was known to the FBI. I'm guessing the wonder of political correctness was once again the key factor.

I'm sure these guys don't walk around base with their guns because it is where they are supposed to be safe, but how did one of the unwounded soldiers not go over to an injured Hasan and put a bullet in his brain?
