When the libs find out how many libs authorized any and every "technique" that was used to extract information from these scum, then we'll see who the "hypocrites" are. I've never been on any side other than that of national security. We did it, it prevented things. Torture is not a fun subject on the whole, but neither is my neighbors diving out of skyscrapers so they don't burn to death. We can argue about what and what isn't torture until the cows come home, but the bottom line is the vast majority of this country would stop at very little to prevent the next 9/11 if they knew a member of their own family was about to be a victim of it. And by the way, Obama is still doing renditions... which means sending these poor innocent bakers who our evil soldiers kidnapped off the streets of Baghdad to some real torture-holes in other countries. Dumbass libs deserve all they get from their scumsucking, point-scoring leaders. | |

| Libs don't mind that Navy Seals (from what I've heard) go through it in training. Mule, what say you? By the way, this is going to be interesting.

| The thing that's always bugged me about this whole torture debate is libs acting like Dubya invented it. All he did was basically carry over policies that had been in place for the couple of administrations before him. When people in the various alphabet agencies requested clarification on standing policy, they provided it. These interrogation techniques have always been around, and if you think they're suddenly going to stop because The One says they will into the teleprompter, you're wrong.

| Members of any of the armed forces in high-risk-of-capture military occupational specialties will possibly have attended SERE school. SERE school is like Fight Club, in that the first rule is you don't talk about SERE school, but there's all sorts of mind****ing things that go on there.

| It is. Hannity tries to be tough on radio and TV, but I don't see him as a real tough guy physically. I wonder if he'll go through preparation for it.

| I think you will be unpleasantly surprised by any or all of the three: 1) Enforcement of current Geneva Convention and Convention on Torture regulations in which the US is arguably out of compliance 2) Redefinition and clarification of existing regulations 3) New and more stringent regulations |
