A psychiatrist has determined that liberalism is a mental disorder. Dr. Lyle Rossiter is the author of the new book, “The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness.”
And to think that in the last month a majority of Americans thought electing Barack Obama to replace George Bush was a return to sanity.
Rossiter claims that the liberalism of Obama and Hillary Clinton can only be understood as a mental disorder.

Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population by:

• creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization;
• satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation;
• augmenting primitive feelings of envy;
• rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government.

An example was our left wing government here scrapping the lower band of tax, basically the first 10p out of every pound is tax exempt with further brackets escalating depending upon income, to generate more tax, affecting over 10m people. Problem is, it really only affected those on very low income or disabled to a degree they couldn't work - genuine poverty in other words. So what they did instead was come up with yet more elaborate "benefit" schemes on the welfare state, increasing the reliance of these people upon government handouts, rather than letting them keep their own money and have the chance of working themselves up the financial ladder.

On example of many the way this liberal government has increased the tax burden while leaving even more people little option than to rely upon welfare.

To be honest, if any wacky conspiracies needed to be formed it's about left wing governments finding ways to increase dependency upon government, while allowing crime and immigration to increase, thus keeping the low down and heightening a sense of fear, while all the time making support of any conservative policy seem bigoted or corrupt. This left wing goverment is FAR more Orwellian than anything the Tories ever dreamed of.
