I'm not about to pretend that Glavine is Mr. Met because he won #300 in orange and blue, but come on... october curveballs and persecuted chop-shoppers are one thing, but this is probably the sport's final 300-game winner, and for newsday to choose to tell the story this way is flat-out disgraceful.
While some of what he says is true (especially Met fans looking at him as a Brave), why **** on the moment?
