Yeah, I was just about to trade my kids to a crack dealer for season tickets. Luckily this guy got killed.

It's not "winning and losing" that needs to be put in perspective, but the priorities of life in general. I see plenty of grown men around here who claim they "still haven't gotten over Game 7" or other such nonsense. When you're ten years old it's understandable to cry over Beltran's ninth inning nap against Wainwright. When you're in your 60's it's just bizarre. I think I "got over" Game 7 in the middle of the AFLAC commercial 10 seconds after the Cardinals left the field.
